In December 2006, Kinglong successfully gained bus and coach chassis production qualification, before long Kinglong Chassis Factory was built and was put into production.  It is said that Kinglong's large and medium bus and coach chassis capacity will reach 15 thousands per year.

For ensuring the quality of the chassis producing, Kinglong introduced Electrophoresis Technology which can improve production antisepsis ability while improving quality of complete vehicle.
