On 16 March, "2008 Kinglong Supplier Meeting" with the theme of "Shining Purchasing and Harmonious win-win" was successfully held in Xiamen. General manager Jiang Shihuang, vice general manager Chen Zhiqiang and 300 Kinglong suppliers presented the meeting.

Jiang addressed and firstly put forward three pieces "basic law" of Kinglong for constructing purchasing and supply system, namely, firming ally relationships of 'continuous cooperation and benefit together'; insisting in development idea of 'knowledge share and coordination progress'; deepening work mode of 'shining purchasing and Superior win and the inferior wash out', meanwhile, Jiang brought forward its purchasing and supply system management concept, which is "strengthening management and control of cost; speeding up development and application of new technology, new material; rapidly improving management level".

Chen released '2007 Annual Excellent Supplier for Kinglong', and awarded suppliers during the meeting period.
